Terms and Conditions
All goods returned to Nitrex, whether incorrect, unwanted, damaged or faulty will only be accepted according to the following terms and conditions:-
1. All goods being returned MUST include a completed RMA Form which will be sent to you by email.
2. Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD's etc) and in an acceptable condition.
If any item(s) are missing when received then the goods will be deemed
incomplete. This includes goods received late or non return of RMA goods.
Nitrex reserves the right to make any applicable charges at full retail price for any missing item(s).
3. All goods are the customer's responsibility until delivered to Nitrex.
Nitrex will allow 14 days from purchase date for customers to return unwanted, incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Nitrex reserves the right to charge the full retail price for any discrepancies when returning incorrect, unwanted, damaged or faulty goods. In addition this may also result in the delay
or complete forfeiture of any anticipated credit, and the shipping of the correct goods.
Nitrex will aim to refund unwanted items 7 days from receipt of returned goods.
To protect Nitrex against abuse of this policy, Nitrex reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to £15.00) at our discretion for all returned faulty or damaged RMA goods that are
determined to be in full working order.
