18.06.2009 17:45 - Loss of Primary and Backup ADSL services
We have currently lost all ADSL sessions to BT via Primary and Backup paths
BT are investigating. There is no eta at present for service restoration
ADSL services are affected, all other services are operating normally

25.05.2009 10:50 - Core Switch Reloads
Following instability on two of our core switches, we have
performed an emergency code upgrade, and replaced a line card on
one chassis.
One futher 5 min outage will occur before 12PM

Following a DDOS attack aimed at our network we currently
have some routing instability, we are working with our
upstreams to continue to mitigate the attack

to stabilise the remainder of the platform from the attack
